Tyler’s Security Safeguards

We partner closely with our clients and follow industry best practices to protect against the evolving threat of security challenges. In 2023, the SEC issued new, forward-looking cybersecurity disclosure rules that took practical effect in December 2023. In February 2024, Tyler published its inaugural Item 1C in its Form 10-K, as amended. Tyler has not experienced an incident that it has determined to be a “material cybersecurity incident” that would trigger the filing of an 8-K under the new rules. Tyler makes available all SEC filings on its investor webpage.
