Andrea was named vice president, data privacy officer in January 2024. In her current role, she leads a team of privacy professionals who collectively drive Tyler’s Privacy Program. Previously, Andrea served as general counsel for privacy, infosec, and data at Tyler from 2022 to 2024. She also worked as group general counsel for legal affairs, overseeing legal advice and support for Tyler’s internal business stakeholders and as a senior corporate attorney primarily supporting Tyler’s Property & Recording Division. Prior to joining Tyler in 2014, Andrea was a staff attorney at Central Maine Healthcare Corporation and, before that, an attorney at Van Meer & Belanger, P.A, where she focused on healthcare law, trusts and estates, real estate, and tax. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Classics from Colby College in Maine and a juris doctor (JD) degree from Harvard Law School in Massachusetts.
