Tyler Technologies System & Organization Control (SOC) Reports are independent third-party examination reports that demonstrate how Tyler achieves key compliance controls and objectives. The purpose of these reports is to help Tyler clients, and their auditors understand the Tyler controls established to support operations and compliance. Tyler Technologies considers these reports to be confidential and, as such, a signed non-disclosure agreement will be required before the reports are released to the requestor.

Tyler SOC Compliance Report Request Process

To obtain a copy of the Tyler Technologies SOC reports, please complete the following steps:

1. Download a copy of the Tyler Technologies Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA must be completed and signed by a person authorized by your organization to sign legal agreements on the organization’s behalf. The “Recipient” line in the signature section is for the name of your organization as the agreement is between Tyler and that organization, not with an individual.
2. Send the completed and signed NDA to NDAVerification@tylertech.com for countersignature along with the SOC Reports you are requesting. Please include the name(s) of the Tyler product(s) that your organization is using to ensure that the properly scoped report(s) are provided.
3. Once it has been verified that the NDA has been correctly completed and signed, an email with a link to download the SOC Reports will be sent to the email address of the person requesting the reports, unless an alternate recipient and their email address are provided.
4. Clicking the Download link in the email will bring the recipient to the login page for Tyler's Secure File Transfer Utility.
   1. If the recipient already created an account previously, they can log in using their existing credentials.
   2. If the recipient does not already have credentials, they can simply enter their email address (which needs to be the same email address that the email with the link was sent to) and they will be walked through creating an account.
   3. Once logged in, click the Download button which will prompt you to save the ZIP package containing the reports to a destination of your choosing.
   4. Once the download is complete, unzip the package to open the PDF report files.
