The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, took their permitting and licensing workflows to new heights with Enterprise Permitting & Licensing. Faced with unique use cases for their software, the city utilized Enterprise Permitting & Licensing to:

  • Create a Professional License module to track registrations, collect documentation, and manage registration fees to support the city’s new Dangerous Wild Animal Ordinance
  • Manage the water district needs for multiple towns while maintaining centralized oversight and local municipalities’ autonomy
  • Boost public trust and transparency
  • Foster civic engagement through the user-friendly Civic Access online portal

Enterprise Records Management

Muskegon County, Michigan

Featured Tyler Product: Enterprise Records Management

With a focus on community service and public outreach, the Muskegon County Clerk office moved their Enterprise Records Management solution to SaaS, and the Muskegon County Register of Deeds office added the Fraud Notify solution. Since implementing these changes, the county has:

  • Launched a monthly program to provide birth certificates to individuals at the Muskegon Rescue Center, a local homeless shelter; the program has provided nearly 400 birth certificates to date
  • Expanded this program to Muskegon Family Care and a local prison to serve inmates who are about to be released
  • Added a free fraud alert notification service for their constituents to use to proactively prevent property fraud
  • Launched an extensive county-wide public service advertising campaign to promote Fraud Notify
