Your Background: When I started in 1999, ERP Pro [powered by Incode®] wasn't yet a part of Tyler. I started at the front desk answering phones and then worked several different positions to finally land in the Legal department. During my tenure, I've worked for court support and sales support.

Best Thing About Working at Tyler: By far, my favorite thing about my job is the people with whom I work. Our legal staff and leadership team are the reason I have so much fun at work. We have a great group of people; working with them and learning from them is always the highlight of my day. Finalizing deals is another one of my favorite things — everyone loves when that happens.

Advice for a New Employee: You need to have strong listening skills. For my area, it’s also good to know Tyler's priorities and have knowledge of departmental procedures.
