Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solutions-oriented mindset who enjoys coordinating projects, solving problems, and working with clients. While extensive experience isn’t required, we’re seeking an individual with a strong foundation in technical concepts and an eagerness to contribute to the success of our Document Automation implementations.
 
  This position will be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan, track, and manage implementation projects, blending skills from solution architecting, consulting, and project management.
  • Perform business analysis tasks, including gathering requirements, identifying pain points, and defining business processes
  • Conduct QA and testing for our solutions, catching issues early and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to keep implementations on track
  • Support customer training, helping clients understand and adopt our document automation solutions
  • Assist in the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are highly satisfied with the product and the ROIs are met
 

Qualifications

  • Some experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a technical role
  • A technically inclined mindset with an interest in AI, RPA, APIs or automation technologies
  • SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced setting and embraces new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across different time zones to accommodate client schedules
  • A passion for learning and delivering impactful solutions
  • Experience with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Visio).
