We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Project Management Office team as a Project Coordinator. The Municipal & Schools Project Management Office supports the Professional Services teams success providing standardized tools, templates, and processes, driving minimum standard best practices and a level of consistency across the division.

The PMO Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting PMO best practices and adherence to those best practices. The Coordinator monitors exception reporting for revenue generating projects and works with end users and power users to address issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure clean, accurate project records ensuring accurate revenue recognition, data integrity, and support the client experience.

Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports on professional services and project data and metrics to support data driven business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business units and operational leaders to ensure data consistency and quality across systems.
  • Create visibility into data elements that drive alignment in processes and data across division.
  • Assist with identifying and monitoring pro services and project KPI.
  • Support workflow processes and best practices for PMO owned tools providing support for subject matter experts and end users in use of standard tools and processes which impact data integrity.
  • Collaborate on data projects to provide guidance on best practices and ensure data is effectively utilized to support business objectives.
  • Adapt to changes in work environment, managing competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience of data management or professional services experience.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive adoption and utilization of tools.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate technical and non-technical information to various audiences including senior management.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Prefer experience with Professional Services Automation tools, Confluence, SharePoint, and other MS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, technical environment.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.
