Tyler Technologies is looking for a CRM Developer to join our Corporate IT team in the Manila, Philippines office!

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy enhancements for Dynamics CRM Online, incorporating custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and other technologies.
  • Customize and administer out-of-the-box solutions, including new entities, form upgrades, dashboards, and reports.
  • The position provides avenues to enhance existing customizations and code while also creating new solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and upgrade custom integrations between CRM and external databases using C#, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues independently and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms including knowledge of the underlying Dataverse structure.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM plugin creation, custom workflow activities.
  • C# for Web and Server-Side development
  • Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team environment.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
