Responsibilities

  • Managing trouble tickets.
  • Communicating with external clients in regular meetings via MS Teams.
  • Communicating with internal resources via email, MS Teams, and trouble ticket assignments.
  • Attempting to reproduce problems identified by clients in non-production environments.
  • Managing the release of code fixes and database scripts to external clients. 
  • Functional testing fixes provided by developers or DBAs in internal environments.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn new products, functionality, and data models.
  • Familiarity with relational database products (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
  • Able to occasionally work outside of normal office hours for code deployments.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Working usual office hours for the Eastern time zone.
  • A high bandwidth and high availability internet connection is required if working remotely.
