We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Vendor Enrollment Senior Account Executive to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  As the Vendor Enrollment Senior Account Executive, you will lead and manage a team of Vendor Enrollment Account Executives responsible for driving vendor sign-ups for our monetized payment solutions. You will oversee daily operations, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure that your team meets or exceeds enrollment targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in strategizing, implementing process improvements, and enhancing team performance to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Vendor Enrollment Specialists to ensure optimal performance and achievement of enrollment targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, and monitor progress through regular coaching, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any challenges the team may be facing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and enrollment success rates.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new Vendor Enrollment Specialists.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, enrollment conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to track team performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Handle escalated vendor inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to align efforts and ensure the successful onboarding of vendors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on team performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product offerings to effectively guide the team and offer strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales success and meeting or exceeding team targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence vendors and team members.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and take action to improve team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to managing escalations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for driving success and growth within a team.
