Who do I contact if I am having trouble accessing a Tyler app or product?

Please contact your government or school district organization directly for help or questions with Tyler apps or products. If necessary, they will reach out to us for client support.

Who do I contact for appointment scheduling?

If you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your government service appointment (e.g., driver's license renewal, incarceration visitation, etc.), please contact that agency directly.

Who do I contact about questions or help with online payments and/or public portals?

Please contact your government or school district organization directly. If necessary, they will reach out to us for client support.

Who do I contact for questions about service charges and/or processing fees?

If you see a service or processing charge from "Tyler Technologies" or "NIC" after making an online payment for a government service (e.g., water bill, traffic ticket, vehicle registration renewal, etc.), your government agency uses one of our products.

If you have any questions about the charge, please contact that agency directly.

Who do I contact for invoices and W9 requests?

Please contact our accounts receivable team.

Where do I inquire about employment verification?

Lenders and Third-Party Verifiers: Access employment and income verifications through our vendor, EmpInfo. The employee will need to generate a unique authorization code for you to be able to access their income information through EmpInfo’s portal.
