Additional Information

Session Descriptions:

Key Enterprise ERP Updates for your Organization: This opening session is designed to keep you up to date on the future of Enterprise ERP regarding versioning and technological changes. Following these updates, we will review exciting functionality in Financials, Payroll and Accounts Receivable to segue into the initial breakout sessions.

What’s New in Time and Attendance & Mobile App: Join our Time and Attendance expert in this session to learn about functionality added in new versions. This session will also touch on the Mobile App and geofencing functionality.

Own Your Process: What Successful EP&L Clients Have in Common: Learn how to succeed after go-live. In this session, we'll discuss important aspects of the system for clients to take ownership of to ensure long-term success for their business process.

Rethinking Budgeting using Priority Based Budgeting: Those who work with Budgeting will want to join this session to learn about the Priority Based Budgeting software in Tyler’s portfolio, which provides new functionality for entering and reporting on budget information for organizations. This session will be introductory so attendees can receive an overview of what Priority Based Budgeting looks like and offers for functionality as well as some of the basic setup and processing.

Bank Reconciliation Manager and AP Payment Manager Overview: Our focus in this session will be two programs available in Cash Management – Bank Reconciliation Manager and AP Payment Manager. Each are optional alternatives to existing programs and provide unique benefits in comparison.

Getting the most out of Personnel Actions: Personnel Actions are the recommended approach to processing employee changes, as they allow pending changes to be stored until they are ready to be enacted as well as leveraging workflow for proper approval of said changes. This session will highlight some efficiency tools within Personnel Actions that can further heighten the value they provide.

Update on Enterprise Asset Management & Mobile Field Execution: Our EAM expert will be leading this session to educate attendees about the EAM product and its available functionality and integrations, as well as features added in new versions. The session will also cover the Workforce Mobile app and what it offers.

Vendor Access Overview/FIN Roundtable: Following a brief overview of Vendor Access, this session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financial topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

Content Manager - More than a Viewer: Content Manager is mostly known for the viewer that is launched from EERP. We want you to learn about all the additional functionality that is also included in your current Content Manager license! We will briefly review scenarios that you may have within your organization and how functionality within Content Manager can help you work through them.

MyCivic: A Virtual City in an App: Empower your community on the go with Tyler's MyCivic app. This is a one-stop shop for your residents to access city services such as a service requests, civic engagement surveys, a community calendar, and bill payments.

Answer Your Citizens Questions before they Ask: Best Practices for Civic Access: This session will cover communication strategies to educate your citizens, applicants, and builders about how to use Civic Access. We'll take a tour of low-effort, high-impact improvements other EP&L users have implemented in their jurisdictions.

Non-EERP Products Roundtable: This roundtable will provide an opportunity for attendees to ask Tyler experts about System Administration topics or any lingering questions that may have emerged during the morning sessions on Time and Attendance, Tyler Content Manager, or Enterprise Asset Management. Conversation between attendees is also encouraged to spread knowledge. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!
