Enterprise Justice: Clerk Edition Basics Workshop
This workshop is designed for newer Clerk Edition users, those who need to brush up on the basics, or need to build confidence working with Clerk Edition. This hands-on workshop covers navigation, settings, applying macros and activities to cases, creating & modifying a palette, uploads, and basic troubleshooting.
To gain hands-on experience, participants are encouraged to work within their own non-production environments during this course.

Navigating through Clerk Edition
- Exploring and setting the session resources and preferences
- Understanding the flow of the cases list, working space, and working set
- Working modes
- Applying activities and macros to a case
- Uploading and verifying uploads
- Palette work
- Understanding the palette
- Loading a shared palette

Note: Class size is limited to 30 attendees. To benefit from the hands-on nature of this workshop, students should have access to your non-Production Enterprise Justice environment as well as its correlating Clerk Edition environment.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 3 business days before your scheduled class. If you provide Tyler with less than 3 days’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire class fee. Session will be billed as per our Cancellation Policy.
