Do you want to improve your knowledge of working with tasks and queues in Enterprise Justice? Are you interested in knowing more about how to develop a workflow for documents?
Learn the basics behind configuring and working with Tasks, Queues and Document Workflows in Enterprise Justice. This training will include instruction on configuration of task queues, manual tasks and task paths for Document Workflows as well as best practices for use of this functionality. Clients are encouraged to work in their non-Production environments during the course to gain hands-on experience with the demonstrated functionality.
Note: Class size is limited to 30 attendees. * Participants will be provided with access to download an internal Tyler Technologies training environment for use during the course. It would be most beneficial to participants to have access to dual monitors during the course for simultaneous display of the instructor's screen and their own Enterprise Justice program.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 3 business days before your scheduled class. If you provide Tyler with less than 3 days’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire class fee. Session will be billed as per our Cancellation Policy.
