This 3, half - day course covers how contacts, addresses, and utility accounts are connected and makes vital connections between these items that help CSRs with more advanced topics down the road. We will address how to manage utility accounts, create and complete service orders, take payments in Cashiering and navigate Tyler Community and Tyler U.
