Session Descriptions:

Moving Forward with Enterprise ERP: Join us in our opening session for important updates regarding the future of Enterprise ERP and Tyler Technologies, as well as review of various Enterprise ERP functions reflecting the modules represented in today’s breakout sessions.

Contract Management Overview: Contracts offer a more robust array of options for managing ongoing purchase agreements with vendors in comparison to standard Purchase Orders. While not a replacement to the processing handled by Purchase Orders, Contracts are a better option for organizations to use for a variety of scenarios. In this session we will explore the basic Enforcement Methods which distinguish the Contract Management module from POs and how to attend to basic maintenance and processing for Contracts.

Getting the Most out of Contracts in Enterprise ERP: In this session, we will explore the contract program and its functionality. Enterprise ERP has an entire module dedicated to the creation, posting and printing of contracts that we will discuss in this document. We will also dive into some of the connections contracts can have with other financial areas in ERP.

Easy Resolutions for the Most Common W-2 Issues:It’s February and W-2s have gone out to employees, so the first hurdle is cleared – but cleanup for W-2s is common and there are several issues that many clients encounter which have easy solutions to implement. We will identify and explore the resolutions to these issues in this session.

General Billing Tips and Tricks: In this session our GB support expert will cover a variety of processes and settings that can be implemented to improve efficiency with the General Billing module. Some examples include options for Invoice Processing, when to Generate Invoices, and available wild cards that can be used to more effectively filter data sets.

Efficient Onboarding with Employee Tasks: Employee Tasks offer a number of benefits regarding employee onboarding and other scenarios which require employees to acknowledge information or provide details related to their employment. Tasks integrate directly with Employee Access and Employee Self Service and allow organizations to create a customized checklist for employees to walk through – these checklist items can include Benefits Enrollment, Direct Deposit information entry, changes to Personal Information, W-2 edits, and more. In this session we will explore an example of a created task list which a test employee will complete, as well as a review of the prerequisite setup facilitating that process.

Accounts Receivable Payment Processing: In this session, attendees will see the full life cycle of an AR payment from creation to posting. This will include some tips and tricks to streamline the overall experience, and will feature additional topics such as Reversals, Batch Proof Reports, and GB Deposits.

Financials Roundtable : This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

Human Resources Roundtable : This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Payroll and Human Resources topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!
