This session is intended for beginners to the Contract module, as we will review the available options to create Contracts, how the available Enforcement Methods affect contract processing, and some of the basic processes related to Contracts.

This session will begin with a brief review of Personnel Actions basics to ensure you have those topics locked down, then we will explore Action Entry Templates, Checklists and Task Lists that can be used in conjunction with the PA process. You will learn how to utilize the templates to make Actions Entry easier for you and your team. Additionally, we will review ESS-initiated Actions processes – both manager and employee.

We will also review some of the upcoming/newer features as well.

Using the Employee Expense Module to Reimburse via AP Invoices: The Employee Expense module in Enterprise ERP can be configured to reimburse employees in one of two ways – via Accounts Payable invoices, which requires configuring vendor records for employees, or via Payroll processing. This session will focus on the former and will cover the prerequisite setup needed for processing, a demonstration of expenses being entered directly into Enterprise ERP, and finally conversion of the Expense Claim into an AP Invoice.
