Session Descriptions:

Key Enterprise ERP Updates for your Organization: This opening session is designed to keep you up to date on the future of Enterprise ERP regarding versioning and technological changes. Following these updates, we will review exciting functionality in Financials, Payroll and Accounts Receivable to segue into the initial breakout sessions.

Basics of Contract Management: Confirmed purchases with vendors can take the form of Purchase Orders or Contracts in Enterprise ERP. Contracts are more flexible than Purchase Orders due to the available Enforcement Methods and frequently reflect a longer commitment to and from the vendor – or vendors, as Contracts can be linked to multiple vendors. This session is intended for beginners to the Contract module, as we will review the available options to create Contracts, how the available Enforcement Methods affect contract processing, and some of the basic processes related to Contracts.

Taking Personnel Actions to the Next Level: Now that you have mastered the basics in Personnel Actions, are you ready to kick it up a notch and explore more features and functionalities for Personnel Actions? This session will begin with a brief review of Personnel Actions basics to ensure you have those topics locked down, then we will explore Action Entry Templates, Checklists and Task Lists that can be used in conjunction with the PA process. You will learn how to utilize the templates to make Actions Entry easier for you and your team. Additionally, we will review ESS-initiated Actions processes – both manager and employee.

Utility Billing for Enterprise ERP Tips and Tricks and New Features: This session will review some of the features and functionality you may not be aware of in Enterprise ERP Utility Billing, highlighting areas to make your processing more efficient and flexible. We will also review some of the upcoming/newer features as well.

Utility Billing Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Utility Billing topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss.

What's New with Time and Attendance: Join our Time and Attendance expert in this session to learn about the newest functionality added to improve Time and Attendance and how you can incorporate it into your organization's processes and procedures.

System Administration Tips and Tricks: This session will demonstrate Enterprise ERP System Architecture, Logging, Tools, Tyler HUB, and a Tyler Identity overview.

How to Self-Serve with Customer Tools and Enterprise ERP: Are you a regular on Tyler Community? Is Tyler Search in your bookmarks? Did you know our team offers free Enterprise ERP 101 webinars on a regular basis? Our focus in this session is ensuring you are up to date on all the latest resources available to assist you as a user of Enterprise ERP. Resources are constantly being updated and improved, so while you may be familiar with many, there may be some you do not know about.

What’s New in Accounts Receivable along with Tips and Tricks for Successful AR Processing: Join our Accounts Receivable expert in this session to learn about the newest functionality added to improve Accounts Receivable and how you can incorporate it into your organization's processes and procedures.

Overview of the SaaS Migration Process: A member of the Enterprise ERP SaaS Migrations team will be guest speaking to the importance and key factors of moving to a SaaS hosted environment.

Using the Employee Expense Module to Reimburse via AP Invoices: The Employee Expense module in Enterprise ERP can be configured to reimburse employees in one of two ways – via Accounts Payable invoices, which requires configuring vendor records for employees, or via Payroll processing. This session will focus on the former and will cover the prerequisite setup needed for processing, a demonstration of expenses being entered directly into Enterprise ERP, and finally conversion of the Expense Claim into an AP Invoice.

Revenue and Tax Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Revenue and Tax topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss.

Upgrading Enterprise ERP with Tyler Deploy: This session will demonstrate the upgrade process for Enterprise ERP using Tyler Deploy and will identify additional resources that are available to assist clients with the process.
