  • In the event of a canceled on-site meeting, a virtual one on the same day will be offered in its place.
  • Complimentary breakfast and lunch items will be available. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any food allergies for which we must accommodate.

Session Descriptions:

Moving Forward with Enterprise ERP: This opening session is designed to keep you up to date on the future of Enterprise ERP regarding versioning and technological changes. In this session, we will discuss Tyler’s transition to the Cloud and other important company updates.

Contract Management Overview: Contracts offer a more robust array of options for managing ongoing purchase agreements with vendors in comparison to standard Purchase Orders. While not a replacement to the processing handled by Purchase Orders, Contracts are a better option for organizations to use for a variety of scenarios. In this session we will explore the basic Enforcement Methods which distinguish the Contract Management module from POs and how to attend to basic maintenance and processing for Contracts.

Let’s Explore Electronic Employee Onboarding via Content Manager: This session will focus on the Content Manager (CM)-Enterprise edition which offers an ERP-integrated onboarding workflow solution that allows you to digitally create and send packets of onboarding forms to new hires as part of a Enterprise ERP personnel action entry.

System Administration Tips and Tricks:This session will demonstrate Enterprise ERP System Architecture, Logging, Tools, Tyler HUB, and a Tyler Identity overview.

Getting Started with Project Ledger: Project Ledger is an ideal solution for clients looking to track revenue and expenses tied to certain activities without adding additional accounts to the General Ledger. This session will cover the basics of Project Ledger, including a clear definition of what it is and how it is intended to be implemented, along with an overview of configuring the necessary components for its operation.

Retro Payroll Processing – Letting Enterprise ERP Do the Payroll Calculations for Your Organization: Join this session to learn more about the retro payroll processing functionality in Enterprise ERP. We will discuss the setup process, processing retroactive payroll records and best practices.

Self-Upgrading via Tyler Deploy: This session will demonstrate the upgrade process for Enterprise ERP using Tyler Deploy and will identify additional resources that are available to assist clients with the process.

Financials Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

Human Resources Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Payroll and Human Resources topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

System Administration Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding System Administration topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. SSRS for Beginners: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a powerful tool which facilitates creation of custom reports that pull from data in the Enterprise ERP database. Configuring these reports requires some basic knowledge of the prerequisites, which we will cover in this session.
