Tyler's COVID-19 Response and Connect 2020
March 16, 2020 by Meredith Trimble
As COVID-19 (the “coronavirus”) continues to spread, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and those in the communities we serve.
Along with our partners and clients, we are monitoring the issue and following the guidance of health officials and the CDC to take all appropriate preventive measures in the face of this global challenge.
Client Service
All Tyler offices are conducting business while reinforcing work-from-home policies for the majority of Tyler employees. Processes are in place to ensure our team members working remotely remain just as responsive to client needs as always. In fact, many of our offices already have regular virtual staff members whose workdays are unchanged. More on our commitment to client services and employee health and safety precautions can be found here.
Connect 2020 Update
Our annual user conference, scheduled for April 26-29 in Orlando, Florida, has been cancelled. This was an incredibly difficult decision, as creating and supporting connections is at the heart of what we do. Every year we look forward to the meaningful learning and networking opportunities the event provides.
We know firsthand the resilience, flexibility, and innovation of those who make up the public sector. We understand that, in this unprecedented situation, government leaders’ and employees’ priorities are in keeping communities safe and serviced, and we are grateful for this tireless work.
Visit our updated Connect site for detailed information regarding registration refunds. While we look ahead with hopes of seeing our clients at Connect 2021 in San Antonio, Texas, we are exploring ways to offer portions of Connect 2020 virtually. Announcements will appear here as details take shape. In the meantime, we encourage you to connect with each other and Tyler staff via Tyler Community, our online client support and engagement platform.
In navigating this unprecedented situation with our partners and clients, it is not surprising to see that those who work in the public sector on behalf of communities nation-wide are meeting this challenge with agility and courage. All Tyler employees stand by to help in any way we can, as our thoughts remain with all those who have been affected.
